"Worked at this location for a couple years in the service department but left for personal advancement reasons and relocation. Great folks and a lot goes on behind the scenes that many customers do not realize. Give them a break and give them a chance to take care of you. Changes are being made daily to try to rectify any issues with customer satisfaction in all departments. Give them time and honesty and they will do their best. I can say at this location at least, I didn't work with a single dishonest person as a coworker. If there is an issue with your sale/parts/service, just know it is likely growing pains or a simple mistake and not personal. I will miss the people here and many of you customers. I will keep many of your names with me forever."
