"My car was taken to receive auto body repairs which included paint as well. The front bumper paint job was okay. The side panel included a few dings in which some were painted over while others were not. I have had flawless paint jobs from other Auto Body Shops in the past and this was not one of them. While the work is warranted I will not be taking my vehicle back to this body shop. My windshield was cracked when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. My windshield was not cracked at the time it was picked up by the tow company or at the time in which the pictures were submitted to the adjuster. I’m not saying who was in possession of my vehicle when the windshield got cracked because I do not know. Coincidentally, no one took responsibility for the crack. I was very pleasant in explaining the issue, although I was very upset. However, when attempting to explain the crack in the windshield to Pro 1, the Technician/Office Worker/Associate was not pleasant to the point in which my husband and I felt if the conversation continued it would have become a bigger issue. My insurance company has contacted both parties and no one claims to be responsible."
