"I called in my order I ordered a personal pan meat lovers pizza add mushrooms and onions the young man that took my order confirmed my order my daughter picked it up when she brought it it wasn't what I ordered so I called they put me on hold for 16 minutes I hung up and called back to be told that was what the ticket said I told the lady how when he confirmed exactly what I said on top of that I get the same thing every time regardless of what size pizza I get so I went back on my way to work gave her the pizza and it took her 20 minutes to refund it back to the card bc she claim she couldn't find it in the system when clearly it was paid with apple pay so that was my last time going to that Pizza Hut"

"Took an hour to get here. They used door dash instead of their delivery driver. When it finally arrived, pizza was cold and burnt. Worst pizza I have had in years. Would have sent it back if it showed up earlier, and I wasn't starving from waiting. Will not be back. Find somewhere else unless you want to have a bad dinner."
