"Bad customer service when it comes to the cooks and the Manager backs them up… The cooks talk recklessly to customers and nothing is done about it. The Manager doesn’t ask what’s wrong, just gives a refund WOW (Be careful eating here because they like to touch the counters play around in the kitchen with each other’s hair, touch all over each others shirts without washing their hands)"
