"All you hear is, "I've been doing this for 39 years and there's no fleas here!" In the meantime the homeowner is the one that knows if they have fleas. The owner of the company didn't even know the difference between a flea and a mite. He had the nerve to tell me there are no chemicals to kill mites. There are products to kill mites. This guy does not know what he's doing. Don't let him fool you. I gave two stars cuz they answer their phones most of the time and he came back to fix the problem but his ego is too big to fix it. He missed the rat holes I had to show him. And he does not take the older chewed bait out of the boxes. If you don't change out the old bait the new RODENTS will not eat what other rats have eaten. He was to fill the entry points into the home with metal mesh and foam but only half filled the holes and with dish scrubber s!"
