"Our furnace was only 4 months old when it stopped working during the early morning hours on Sunday (New Year’s Eve). The company we purchased our furnace from did not have emergency service so found Gault online. I called and got a prompt reply. They came out and repaired immediately. "Gault Heating & Cooling came out to diagnose my heating issue on 11/10/2023. My diagnostic appointment for scheduled for 0800-1200. Shortly after 0800 is when Chad arrived. He was expeditious and informative. Unfortunately my furnace was red tagged (deemed unsafe), he made a call to Jeffery who was to my address by 0930. Jeffery went over the two different systems with me and helped me come up with a financing plan. Jeffery then jumped on the phone and made some calls and advised me in about 30-40 minutes technicians would be to home to install my newly purchased equipment. The technicians arrived at 1100. I asked how long a new installation usually takes and they advised me about four hours if they didn’t run into any problems. They got right to work and finished up right around 1530. I was beyond happy to have heat in my home again. The equipment is affordable and if you have to finance the monthly payment will not break you. I genuinely appreciate how each individual worked as a team to get my life back on track all in the same day! Thank you all for assistance! I will definitely share my story with others when they’re in need of a heating or cooling company. I’ll see y’all in the spring to service my central air unit!"
