"First time here and I enjoyed my experience. Other than being a bit crammed and one musty washer, I like it. Clean bathroom, HOT dryers. Decent pricing. I came from Alliance to try it since most are shady out there. So I'll be back."

"Friday Dec.22,2023 so today was a eye opener for me. I was at the car wash. No one else was using it. I myself have used this place for its convenience for many years.I was cleaning the inside of my work van first day off in four months even to get the time to clean the work van. When your busy you lose track of time. So I was there to long for the establishments liking. When he walked up he asked me what i was doing i said cleaning my van. they told me I needed to leave I was there to long. Now for me i find this action takin by these people atrocious and let's me know they don't care about their customer base .apparently its more about their greed, and authority towards others. I will never use this establishment again"

"Newer washers and dryers. Small and convenient. The plastic bags are strong when you need something to put your clothes in. They are having customers appreciation days this week dryers are free."

"Salem Laundry room is so clean. All the machines work and are in great condition. All of the machines use quarters. There are many options for each load size. I like how many laundry carts are available as well as the amount of tables. There are even snack and drink vending machines. I've come back many times and would recommend it to everyone."
