"Volume Chevrolet has been a great experience from Sales to Service. I bought a truck here from Heather Bell & it came with a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty with free oil changes for life. Well my truck had a mishap & the Transmission went out just recently. Luckily it was still covered under warranty & Casey in the service department got right on it. I dropped it off last Friday 2/2/24 for diagnosing the issue, he was very professional & got right on it. I was expecting to be without my truck for at least 2 weeks. Well I picked my truck up today 2/8/24 with a brand new Transmission installed. Everytime I have been to Volume Chevrolet it has been a great experience with professionalism & great communication. Highly recommend buying from Volume & having their service department service your vehicle. Thank you guys!!"

"I was searching for somewhere in the area to possibly repair 2 leaking tires. This was a difficult task at noon on a Saturday! After reading other reviews, my husband called Volume and they assured him they could help. I was greeted warmly in the service department and began waiting. It did take a while, but they were able to patch both tires and get me on my way. The service waiting area was very clean (especially the bathrooms) and comfortable. Best of all, they provided this emergency service for me free of charge. This is unheard of customer service! Everyone was pleasant, informative and working hard to move several vehicles through the area on a busy afternoon. Highly recommend."
