"Stopped because on thruway the windshield wiper flew off the car. Went in and they came out after we purchased wipers for both side because it was time anyhow. They helped us put the new ones on and taught my husband all at the same time. He also gave us some advice on a few questions about unrelated items on our specific vehicle.
