"Never in all of my years of living, I have never experienced such bad customer service like I did tonight at Little Caesars on Highway 19 in Lee County. The so-called manager hung up in my face twice when I asked her a simple question and that was because I asked her if I had to order over the phone order or online and from that point on she had an attitude with me as if I’m supposed to know about their process ( they change it up so much they change it up so much already). I went up there to try to reason things out with her and enlighten her with positivity that didn’t get anywhere, and she would not provide me with her name. I will be calling ccorporate."

"I will NEVER be back to this location. I’m about to call corporate to complain(I have NEVER done that for anywhere). Never in my life have I been treated so badly by a worker. Ordered a pep-pretzel pizza, got home. Regular pepperoni with cheese sauce. I called very nicely. Worker was SO RUDE and hung up on me after saying “we use the same dough for both.” Called back. Spoke with the manager. She said the same thing and HUNG UP on me as well. I CALLED THE TWO OTHER LOCATIONS IN THIS AREA. They both said the crust is different and they should not have hung up on me. Work on your customer service skills. None of the workers OR THE MANAGER need to be dealing with customer service."

"Got the Slices-N-Sticks and they were extremely greasy for some reason this time. The food was ready at the correct time but there is a lack of customer service with the pizza portal being the new pick up service. The marinara sauce was cold but nothing the microwave couldn't fix. Little Caesars still has the best prices of all the fast food pizza places."
