Pizza Hut

"Stay away! Ordered pizza at 6:45, 8:05 rolls around and I call, speak to a manager and he tells me it got sent out via DoorDash around 7:15. Well there was no pizza here. He Then tells me that he will have it remade and it will be delivered as soon as it’s ready. Fast forward to 9:15, still no pizza, so my wife calls and he tells her they just took it out of the oven but it would be at least another 45 minutes before a delivery driver would be back to the store so it would be an hour before the pizza got delivered. If I could give a negative rating I would. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER ANYTHING FROM PIZZA HUT!"

"We used to get good food delivered that was what we ordered and was hot and fresh. Not so now! Last week placed an order at 8 pm. Never received it but was charged. Started calling at 9 pm and kept getting message stating they were closed. Closing time was 11pm. At 10 pm finally gave up and went and got something else for dinner. Called the next day. Was told I would have to speak to manager but she was busy. Left a message. Waited 4 hours. No call back. Called again. Manager was apologetic and very nice but said they had to close early the night before because it was too chaotic due to new computer system. Did get my money back. Waited a week and tried again. Order delivered by door dash. It was over an hour after ordered. Driver said they got lost. Food was not transported in the insulated pizza hut bag. Stone Cold. Pizza toppings incorrect and so greasy that the thin and crispy pizzas were soaked through. Crust was soggy and pooled grease congealed on top of pizza. Not sure what happened to this place but food was inedible and ended up in the trash. Once again had to make other arrangements for dinner. Attempted to call. No one answered. Phone just rang and rang. I know this is a rant so will summarize in 2 words...NEVER AGAIN!!!!"

"The food was great and service was awesome. I give them a 10 star rating best pizza in the leesburg albany area. If you haven't been there and ordered please do so. Food was hot and good. Keep it up pizza hut. I will be back. I'm new to the area and this is the first pizza hut I've been to that I wasn't disappointed. They need to make it bigger to have a sit down area and salad bar with buffet. Keep on rocking you guys. You are doing great. I totally recommend. Customer service grade A as well."
