"I ordered through the Sonic app & had my other half pick up the food. I called the location because the app wouldn't let me check in (looks like I'm far away). She pulled into a stall & I called the location & asked that once prepared they took the food out to her. On that accord everything was running smoothly. I am literally 2 minutes away from the Sonic on Ledo yet by the time the food got to me it was incorrect and COLD! I ordered 2 of the quarter pound double cheeseburger specials with no pickles but I asked that Mayo & lettuce be added. The receipt says exactly what I ordered but not one piece of lettuce was on either burger and again they were ice cold."
"Garlic burger sucked. Not made correctly. Why is the manager not training the cooks properly? My drink had so much ice in it I got about 4 sips. The girl who brought our food out was very pleasant."

"If I could give a zero I would my order was completely wrong. Bread was wet and soggy. When I tried to talk to the manager in charge he would even let me speak he just talked over me."
"Lately it seems like the service is getting slower and slower even if no one is in line. The blasts have not been mixed well the bottom quarter being untouched. Employees have been borderline rude at times."
