"If you want to be promised 30 min delivery time, then have to call an hour after order time to check on your food, get transferred to another person to start your story over, then finally get told it’s just now coming out of the oven an HOUR AFTER ORDERING and will be headed out the door soon…order here. Pitiful service. I have a family to feed tonight, preferably before bedtime. Lady who took my order was great but that’s about as good as it got. Won’t ever be ordering here unless it’s hours in advance I suppose."
