"Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in a movie theater. The bass in the NEXT theater was so loud it was vibrating the seats and at times I couldn't hear what was on in our theater. When I asked management of they could turn it down they said their hands were tied and that the other movie would be over in 30 minutes and wouldn't be on again until 4 hours later. That was not the case. The bass lasted the entire movie. I and several others asked about it again when the movie was over and all they could say was “We know, this has been an ongoing issue”. If there's a problem and people are not satisfied, then they should do something about it. Not blame someone else."

"We really enjoy going to this movie theater! The folks that work there are friendly and welcoming; we like that we can buy seats on line, or ahead of time at the theater, or right before the movie; the seats are SUPER comfortable and the theater rooms themselves offer a SUPERB movie watching experience; we know movie going concessions are high, but nothing tastes as good as movie theater popcorn and the popcorn at this place is DELICIOUS! We enjoy going to the movies as a family and though it is expensive for five adults, it is so worth the experience and enjoyment of going together to see a first run movie together for the first time! "One of the better movie theaters in middle Georgia, actually most of Georgia if we're being honest. The staff is usually friendly, theater and bathrooms clean, and spacious recliner seats. The sound system, projection, and screens work as expected...... The cons - The popcorn is straight trash. I went to the 1:45p showing on a Tuesday and was served old popcorn that tasted like cardboard. I've had bad popcorn from them before so its not a one off thing. Lesson learned. Couldn't finish it. $22 for their smallest sized drink and popcorn, plus candy is kinda high even for concessions. I get it; theaters make their money on concessions. I'll be sure to bring my own outside food next time. Also, the bathroom stalls are laughably small. I assume that's to get as many stalls as possible crammed in, but I' not even obese and they are crazy tiny. Straight up cutting corners. Also, there is a popping sound coming from a recliner in theater 7. Likely an electrical issue. They may want to maintenance their chairs from time to time."

"I was visiting Macon and had a free night so what better thing to do but go to the movies and chill. I asked my friend to find a theater that had luxury seating. Meaning big comfy recliners that had space in front of them. Why do I need space in front of the chair? Because I like the fact that when you recline, you don't have to move when someone walkß by on your row. It is extremely hard to go backwards. Once you have visited a nice theater with this type of seating there is no going back. The seats were ample sized and width and length. The recline button is on the right inside of the seat. Also good looking out putting the seat number on the floor in front of the seat. Took the guesswork out of trying to find your assigned seating. This theater has assigned seating. We purchased our tickets online to see Creed 3. The theater was immaculately clean. Not a popcorn kernel anywhere on the floor. The concession stand was not super crowded. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. The sound system was superb!"
