"This was our first visit to Lynch Toyota. We were needing service on our 2020 RAV 4. I called after hours and Crystal promptly returned my call early the next day. She listened and understood exactly what we needed. She informed me of the process and that Frank would help us when we arrived to drop off our car. When we arrived the next day Frank greeted us with professionalism and friendliness. He confirmed exactly what Crystal had recommended. He also explained when the car would be ready. The next day Frank called and let us know our car service was complete and the RAV was ready to go. The service was completed earlier than expected and performed exceptionally well. Thank you Service Team!"
"Great service, but as important as the service was the service writer he was great, his name is Mike and after 38 years at Caterpillar in customer service I worked hard training and developing programs to teach the dealer personnel in the fine art of customer relationship and I think Mike must of slip into some those sessions. "Made an 11 am appt at 2:00 I asked how much longer to be told, I was next. Not sure what the point of making an appointment was when he asked was I waiting on dropping and I clearly started I would be waiting. Also, didn’t perform the service I asked for and could have told me much sooner had they not forgotten about me being there. Do not recommend"
