"Heard a lot of great things about this spot. Was extremely eager to give it a try. Upon entry it took about five minutes to be greeted. After being seated and ordering it was at least another hour until receiving our food. I am aware that lunch hours are a longer wait time experience at this restaurant but this was just too long of a wait for us. Thank you for the hospitality and letting us try the restaurant."

"First time here...had 2 waters, fried calamari appetizer, Caesar salad, carbonara and large (2 vs 1 chicken breast)principesa....$60ish dollars. Food was pretty good, a little surprised at the calamari dipping sauce, tasted like pure cocktail sauce and I would expect a fresh made marinara with it but the calamari itself was good, not rubbery and not to much breading, seasoned well. Chicken, shrimp and asparagus in principesa cooked very well... usually I'm hesitant with certain pasta dishes cuz the veggies are usually still really hard or the chicken/shrimp is overcooked but these were perfect. Carbonara was ok, just tasted like pure bacon but no real depth of flavor...wish I wasn't stuffed I would have tried dessert....lol. I would definitely go back!"

"So we visited Cafe Amici Thursday evening. Great experience overall. The restaurant was very clean and put together and the staff was courteous, well presented, and knowledgeable about the menu. We started off with Drinks, the pineapple Margherita was very good. Perfectly balanced in my opinion. Our appetizer was the mozzarella triangles which were absolutely outstanding, housemade, crispy, ooey-gooey goodness! My caeser salad was good, my wife house salad was as plain as it could get. Straight out of the bag it seems. My wifes Chicken Parm was pretty good cheesy, hot, well seasoned chicken breast. The pasta was perfectly cooked. My meal was bad, i tried something new so i wasnt really going to comment on it. It had a very intense lemon flavor that took over all other flavors on the plate. I'm not sure how its supposed to taste but im sure it shouldn't be pure lemon. I ordered a lasagna to go, i wanted something else to review so i went with an Italian staple. It taste like it was glued together with tomatoe paste to quicken cooking times. It also was no good. The bread served to the table is a cut up bagget with a compoud butter smeared on it."

"I did not get to visit during dinner time but they serve small plates with very reasonable price during lunch time! I tried 3 different kinds of pasta and I love all of them! I will go back and try everything. And you MUST try their tirumisu. Ladies who sat next to me were so excited when tiramisu was served. It is that good. Just go!"
