"Just got my car back from Elite and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. They are one of the collision centers that work with my insurance, so I looked at the reviews here, took with a grain of salt some of the more negative ones, and picked them to fix the damage inflicted by a careless driver in a parking lot. Like every other good body shop, they were super busy and took a while to initially get in, but finished up the job a week sooner than originally estimated. Both the office staff and JJ were super respectful and courteous. JJ kept me updated on progress and gave me a heads up three days prior to when the car would be ready. They worked well with my insurance and there were no surprises. With body work you never know how well everything will align and match up, but looking at it you couldn't tell it had been hit.
