Pizza Hut

"I understand being busy on a Friday night. But over two hours for my order and then to call and an employee be so rude. Melissa you need to learn customer service and not say it's Friday night what do you expect!!!"

"The pizza was bad. They must have changed their ingredients to much cheaper ones. The crust was as close to eating cardboard as I've ever had. I had to second guess whether I was eating the pizza box or the pizza. I don't believe this is a single store issue. Seeing other reviews it seems like Pizza hut as a company has won the race to the bottom and the pizza has suffered. Immensely disappointing considering Pizza Hut used to be the gold standard. For this store specifically, the service was fine, I used the pickup window so didn't see much of the store. Overall, a far cry from the nostalgic cozy Pizza places we had as kids. Pizza was so cheaply made and cheap tasting."

"i want to thank this store and the nice lady that took care of me last night ...i am a door dasher and often times i think people forget we have feelings too ...this lady gave me a cheesy bread and said "enjoy" ...that made my night that someone actually was that nice to give me something for nothing in return....ty so much for your kindness it definitely didn't go unnoticed i pray that God blesses you for your generosity!"

"My first time ordering from this pizza hut. I Ordered a thin crust pizza with Creamy Garlic Parmesan sauce however, when pizza arrived I noticed it was very dry and without any sauce. I called the store and spoke to Tristian, who reportedly is the manager, and he very rudely told me, “the sauce is white, you just can’t see it.” I then told him I was aware the sauce was white but I should be able to see and at least taste it, neither of which I was able to do. Tristian, again, very rudely offered to replace the pizza, stating “it’ll be an hour to an hour and a half, we are very busy…”Needless to say, I opted to have my card refunded. This pizza hut has very poor customer service, and has unfortunately lost my business."
