"I've known Joe and his dad for about 5 year and have tried to support black owned business. They are good people but their professionalism is horrible. It took me months to get my vehicle back from them. If you call they dont answer and always some reason why there not done. I went week after week being told they were going to get to me next. They didn't even start working on the vehicle till i told them i was coming to get it repaired or not and finally started working on it so not to lose out on the labor cost. And because it sat so long the vehicle is in worse condition then when i originally dropped it off. Worst mechanical experience of my life."

"Dropped my car off because it was jerking. They had it for a whole week. I called multiple times only to be told they'd call me back. Do you think I ever received a call back?? After being frustrated I go up there to take my car back and the dad has the nerve to say, "Bring it back. I know what's wrong with it and can fix it." Dude you had the car a whole week! It's an old Saturn. Not like it's super technological. Unfortunately this is what happens sometimes when you try and support your own. Not only that but now the car cranks slow as if the battery is bad. I didn't have that issue before. Who knows what they did. Smh"

"They are really cool people and excellent mechanics they are definitely people who looks out for you and us women who don't know jack squat about cars. I bought a used car and turns out it needed a bad tune up but I wanted the minor issues fixed too the minute I brought it in they checked it out. My car was pretty much fixed in the same day but I wasn't in a rush to get it back so I let them hold on to it longer to make sure there's no other issues. They definitely work with you. He wants to make sure my car works as good as brand new again but he knows I can't afford nor really have the time for all that so he fixes the major problems first then go down the list. All you do is tell them the problem, your budget and what you want done and it's fixed!!!"
