Wendy's

"This Wendy’s needs to be shut down. Be very cautious here, if your food is sub par don’t eat it. I ordered two 10 piece regular nuggets. Mixed in my order was spicy nuggets. The original nuggets that were in my order were cold and obviously left in the grease way too long and grease exploded in my mouth with every bite. The next day I had an upset stomach and a burning sensation while having diarrhea. I was left with a bothersome hemorrhoid the day after that. This is not an exaggeration. This Wendy’s should be investigated. I have reported them to corporate, the BBB, and DeKalb food safety hopefully others will follow suit."

"I blame myself… I should have known better than to come here. However, it was on the way home, and I needed to feed my child. I waited in line for 17 minutes for my order to be taken and within those 17 minutes I begged my child to let me take her somewhere else. I waited another 20 minutes for my order. The only reason I stayed is because my child insisted upon having a cheeseburger from Wendy’s. The place was filthy. There was water all over the floor. And the more that I think about it, the fact that I let my daughter eat the food I’m questioning my own parenting. This place will never see me again, not that they care based on the customer service And care that the employees showed to the customers and the actual restaurant. This goes for the managers all the way to the cashiers. I did happen to get a glance of their health rating, which was an 87. Not the worst but definitely not the best."

"Sunday 12/10/2023 around 1:30 pm I pulled up to the drive thru. Mine was the only car. I saw about 4 employees with headsets on, outside of the restaurant.  We watched them walk across the parking lot to Popeyes. Someone said through the drive thru speaker "just a minute" but they never returned. We were completely ignored even though there were no other customers."

"This Wendy's is ran by teenagers and other staff that could care less. So many bad experiences. Best thing open late night and I live close by so I kept giving chances. I'm done now for real! The quality of food they are willing to serve is ridiculous. Even if you are starving, just say no. Corporate office does not care either."

"This was my first time at this location. I ordered a Dave's single and a small fry. When I got to the window to pay, it was almost $10. I asked how much were the fries, then I asked how much was the burger. She gave me the price for a double. I told her that I ordered the single. She said, "well that's not what "we" heard in a snotty voice. She went to get someone to fix the order, and I explained to her that I ordered a single. She said no problem. Then I get to the next window and the young lady handed me my bag. As she handed me the bag, some other worker jumped in front of her and said to me.."Did you pay for that?" nastily...I was appalled...I am 68 years old and not trying to steal a burger. the cashier and that worker had the worst customer service skills. Later, I did see that they gave me a double, however, I did not order a double...they probably did not want to remake another burger."
