Fletcher's Place At Stonecrest

"My cousin and I decided to try this place out yesterday. The server was friendly but barely checked on us. We ordered the wings (sweet mild) and two alcoholic beverages. I noticed the drink didn’t taste well and tasted more like juice. I drank about half of it because my mouth was hot from the wings. I decided not to finish the drink and called for the check. I explained to the server my dissatisfaction with my drink and asked how I could be accommodated. She told me the only thing she could do was to give me juice versus allowing me to pick another drink or simply charging me half price for the drink. I asked for the manager. A lady walked up and stood there, and I asked her if she was the manager. She didn’t introduce herself at all. She responded, saying she was the manager. After I explained to her the situation, she said she couldn’t do anything. I said so; why did your server say something about giving me juice? Her response was…” You told me your drink tasted like juice; I didn’t want to provide you with juice.” I said well, since you can’t accommodate me, I’ll take juice. She came back with a small glass of pineapple juice. I was stunned and didn’t even drink the juice because it was full of bubbles, and I was ready to go. I will most likely never eat there again because of the service and the chicken wings are so tiny. Oh, I forgot that a lady was following the manager around. She told us it was because she ordered her food an hour ago and never got it. If you decide to go there, remember the drink menu and what you order. I didn’t leave a tip! Because if a place can’t offer to accommodate me well, I’m not tipping well. Simple!"

"I got an order thru door dash. So I'm able to see when the door dasher arrived to pick up my order. They had to wait maybe 40 minutes for my order. This place is maybe 5 minutes from me. My food was cold and incomplete. I ordered a turkey burger with cheddar cheese and mushrooms. No mushrooms! And they tell me all she can do is give me 75cents off on my next order or I can come pick them up. I would have got my order myself but i had delivery because I have no car at the time. The burger was good. I had to add my own lettuce because whatever lettuce they call themselves putting on there was not really there. And the onion rings were just cold greasy and nasty. Just not happy with this. 1 star."

"For Seniors wanting dinner on Friday afternoon, this is not the place. For those looking to enjoy Happy Hour on Friday at 4:09pm, it’s PERFECT! Food was very good, large portions and VERY reasonable priced. Service was also very good. We will go back, but not during Happy Hour."

"Fletcher's Place at Stonecrest is one of the best restaurants by The Mall at Stonecrest. The food, drinks and service are great. The drinks from the bar are always nice and strong. The staff is friendly. Mr. Fletcher is there something to make sure that guests are taken care of. I am a regular and appreciate having this business in our neighborhood. They have Sunday dinner and it is really good. My go to on other days is the Sweet Chili wings, fries and Crown Apple Margarita. Have a good one! P.S., please bring back Music Bingo!"

"The food was really really good I love the wings omg they wings were beyond good and reasonably priced … I got the skins as an appetizer and my gf got the Buffalo shrimp which she loved.. the fries felt like it was from captain D’s( just giving a similar feel for people that ate the fries) my girl got the steak and yes it was great I got the chicken Alfredo mines needed salt and pepper though honestly lol Now the SERVICE she was forgetful but I have patience and it took them a long time to give us our food which I wasn’t mad but she took forever for my water and straw/utensils ect…it affected her tip but she was really nice she was just a person with a fast tracked mind. Def coming back probably go around the lunch time again during the week so it won’t be packed and one Sundays they always have a special"
