"Had my car towed here asked before hand if they would be able to work on it. They said yes. I asked if they had a tow company they recommended they said yes. So I used the one they recommended. I paid 95.00 for the tow company to tow my car 3 minutes up the road for them to tell me they can't fix my car bc it would take to much time to see what the problem is. Bc it was something electrical. So then I had to pay another 95.00 to get the car towed back to my house. A waste of 200.00 that I could've used to put towards my car actually getting fixed. Very disappointed. Now I have to find a different shop and have it towed there and there's no telling how much that will cost."

I was referred by my mom who uses them and now lives in Charlotte NC but comes all the way here for any auto repairs she needs because they are honest, reliable, afford able and do great work. My son’s car recently ran hot and we had to leave it on Eagles Landing I was going to pay to have it towed there but they told me what I could do to get it there to avoid the towing fee and if I ran into trouble to call them back. I was scared but it worked. His car was fixed the next day and I haven’t had any issues. I will always come to DNC."
