"Our car needed brakes so we took our Lexus Suv in for new brakes/rotors. We got our car later that day and was told the new brakes/rotors were put on. To date, our brakes are still not working well. We bought the car back several times and was told the brakes were new and the service was good. We assumed if brakes were new, they must have been very old, sitting on their shelves. We just stopped going up there and chalked up the service and products "very poor".Will Never use again!!"
