"I was calling them to get a price quote on a repair and soon as some lady answer the phone she asked me "am I one of there regular customer" I said "no" then she tell me "we not the cheapest so we wont be your mechanic". I just wanted a price quote i didn't need to hear that. Well then I asked well can you still give me the price of the repair then she says not right now I'm busy. She didn't even say may you please call back in a certain amount of time or even asked for my number for them to call me back. This is a company that don't want to make any money, have lazy people working for the company, and THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! If you not a Regular there don't waste your time with them."
