"Extremely dissatisfied. I took my car in yesterday for an electrical diagnosis ($110) because of intermittent shutoff while I am driving, dim lights, no brights and lights on dash coming on. I did tell him all of the problems before the diagnosis. Later, I received a call stating I needed two things done to take care of my problems, and neither of them were replace the alternator. He gave me an amount of more than $550 (parts and labor) and he said that he has oem parts and assured me that it would take care of all of my issues. I had my husband call to confirm information, and he was assured that this would take care of problems, too, so he told him to go ahead and do the work. I picked up my car, at that time he NOW explains that I need to replace my alternator because it is overcharging and it can cause things to go haywire-"Overcharging is as bad as undercharging". Ok, I agree; however, this was not mentioned as part of the solution for the problems, so I assume I can take care of it in a couple of days. I wasn't 10 minutes away when my car started doing the EXACT SAME THING it was doing before I took it in! Absolutely disgusted because you truly cannot trust people to do what they say they are going to do, I texted my husband pictures so that he would know what is happening. At this point, I don't believe that any work was done on my car, not one thing, and we paid almost $800! It is so sad. I tried not to bother my brother because his shop would keep my car a week and I cannot be without the vehicle, so we tried someone else. Now I understand why he tells me to have patience. I have to take my car to him so he can tell me if any new parts were put on my car or not, and that is more time I lose. I did call the shop this morning and I left a vm for Keith (that is who we have dealt with from beginning to end), but I just told my husband that I do not trust taking it back to them to be robbed AGAIN. My husband disagrees, angrily, and advised to file with BBB."
"First and foremost, I would like to say that as a young lady it is a worry that mechanics will take advantage of me due to a lack of knowledge that MOST women have regaurding our cars. This auto shop was honest, respectful, and professional to the highest degree. I came in there for a diagnosis for a 2005 Mazda 3s, I had no idea what my CEL could possibly mean, but SIX codes came up and they took their time testing every single one, checking in periodically telling me what it could be to also get my input on their findings. It was well worth the wait! They even brought be to the back to let me see for myself that my pcv hose was torn and ‘lo and behold, as soon as I changed it, my baby was running again!! They wanted me to replace my fuel pump also, and when I looked at it I could see why! This was my first ever trip to a mechanic with my first ever car, and I gotta say, if this isn't the industry’s standard for service, it very well should be! If any of the employees are reading this, keep this level of transparency and honesty in your work, i know for a fact you all will go far! Happy Holidays "
"Ok, so my car (Nissan Altima)needed some brakes and rotars done and being cheap we took it to a shade tree mechanic, he supposedly fixed it, 2 days later the car start making a very loud noise like my back passenger wheel was going to fall off, so we called him and took it back bc it was sounding worse than it was before we took it the first time and he supposedly checked it again and told us that we needed to take it to a shop bc something about our brake line was messed up and it was nothing he could do and I had to get the whole back part of my wheel replaced. So now my car been down for a couple months bc I’m thinking it’s gone cost a lot to get it replaced ,so a couple of days ago my gf finally took it to xpert auto and the shade tree mechanic didn’t put a bolt back in and everytime we put on break it sounded real loud like the wheel was going to fall off, we could have been in a bad accident or even not here today!It took xpert auto no time to fix the problem, the customer service was amazing and it’s definitely not about money they sincerely care about you !! We will definitely be back and We definitely recommend!!!Great Place and Great People"
"I love Raul , I’ve been going to him since I was a kid literally , since my 1st car and I’m almost 30 and 4 cars later . Him and his team Are trust worthy and fair , with the professionalism and expertise , the price is always worth it here . And xpert auto is inexpensive compared to other places based on quality !!!!!! And the front Desk Guy , is super calm , cool and professional !! Great team !!"
"Great and fast service New update Dropped my car off Wednesday and was told I should get it back Friday by 2pm. When Friday came I caked around 2pm and was told by the person who answered the phone it was 50% done and they'll be finished by 5 no later than 6. So would 530 I go there just to be toldthe part wasn't order and they never started on it. I just took my car and will take my business elsewhere. If they are going to be lying about something as simple as this what else would they lie about?"
