"Friendly service and fair prices"
"The workers were extremely helpful and kind. Made my experience awesome! I will be coming to them for more things for my vehicles! Thanks guys!"
"Monday morning management! Initially I drive up and see a black older lady and an older white man standing outside the man smoking and when I get out of the car, the man walked off ( smoking-thanks) the lady- Angela manager went inside and was on phone! I patiently waited then I inquired of the buttons on my key fob. First she said oh no we don’t have- then walked to a display and didn’t see mines. She encouraged me to go to dealership I told her dealership is too expensive! I then asked if she could help me to check my oil? She said, “OH NO we don’t do that”."
"Stopped in to pick up some brake pads this morning. Having just left the Walmart I sanitized my hands and put on my mask before going in. I was the only customer at the time and I believe it was the manager Kindra who welcomed me at the counter. She looked up my parts and sent one of the other employees back to get them. I was ready to pay when she told me I had to sanitize my hands before I could pay. I looked behind me and there was a makeshift station set up with an unmarked spray bottle and paper towels that had been torn off a roll in a stack. I told her I had just sanitized my hands before coming in and she replied that it didn't matter. Told her to keep the parts and drove over to the highway 42 location. No issues there. I'm all for precautions but at minimum put a real bottle of hand sanitizer out if your going to insist customers use it."
