"Was told about 5-10 minute wait for emissions. Waited 28 minutes just to pull into bay. Then waited 10 minutes for one of the licensed techs to come out. Took almost 45 minutes total to get a "quick" emissions test. Terrible. Won't be back for any services. A lot of staff standing around lolly-gagging. I know only 2 people there can do emissions, but the culture doesn't the frustration."

"They should remove the term “Express” from the name of this location. I just waited over 35 minutes, behind a line of one vehicle, and left with no oil change. There were other vehicles behind me that left before I did. Also, I was never greeted and asked what service I needed. I’ve experienced decent service in the past which is why I’m giving them more than one star."
