"This place is a huge scam especially the guy there named Ricky everything was ok at first until I called and asked them to not touch my motorcycle because I was going to take it to my own machine shop they said they never touched the bike and when I came to pick the bike up they started on the repair after I was told the bike was never touched originally came in for a manifold stud to be extracted but was advised by others to not use this shop. The ended up ruining the original broken stud and stripped the other none broken one. Also the owner I think Ricky threatened me so i advised him I’m the wrong person for that seeing as I have a military background. They’re not even willing to fix the problem they caused so I will be taking them to court DO NOT BRING ANY VEHICLE TO THESE PEOPLE"

"Stay away from these money hungry people charged me $600 for a tune up on a 06 and 4 months later i had a cylinder 3 misfire i took it back and they charged me again eveytime you go back its gonna be something different wrong with your car definitely overpricey and scamey"

"If u are planning to take motorcycle there please don't. I rode my motorcycle there but had to tow it away from there to another shop ,they charge me as if they had repaired my motorcycle never informing me that its not fix it cut off soon as I got out of the parking lot ,I return to shop and they made it appear as if it was my fought I didn't want to argue with them so I took my bike to a professional and he told after diagnosis what was wrong with the bike and bad work that master automotive did by screwing up the carberators, they also told my engine was bad,not the case at all master automotive just don't know what they are doing. Probably good at fixing lawn mowers.Avoid like the plague."

"This place is amazing. I brought my Kia here when my Niro started leaking oil due to a bad oil pressure switch. Even after saying they couldn’t guarantee that anyone would have time to get to it that day, they diagnosed & confirmed the issue within a couple of hours. Then, they kept me updated on the part delivery delay, replaced the bad switch & changed the oil (at my request). Customer service was top notch, communication was thorough with zero promises that they did not keep! I would’ve spent just as much at a dealership, if not more (not that I had a choice at that point, my engine would’ve seized had I not been able to leave my vehicle there). Highly recommend."
