"Don’t go here if you aren’t educated on car care cost. They quoted me over $1,000 for a service; I went somewhere else and they charged me $379. Express attempted to quote me for parts that I had recently replaced with lifetime parts, and they were going to replace them with a cheaper, less reliable version that did not have a lifetime warranty. The oil change is prompt, you wait in your car while they do it, but they don’t curate the lines very well so you may end up with your car sticking out onto memorial, and if you have a “high mileage” car that takes synthetic, it’s $90+. Overall, it works if you need a quick oil change and don’t want to drop your car off somewhere, but this place is nothing special. Today I asked for my air pressure to be checked, they didn’t, turns out I had a puncture that the next mechanic found."
"I'll never have tires done here again. You'll get a really poor/uneven install and they won't take responsibility for it. I noticed abnormal wear on my front tires after just 6 months, I had to buy new ones. They did an alignment, then I noticed the rear were REALLY bad. They blamed it on me not getting a rotation on my last oil change, but I got the oil change there??? Besides, tires shouldn't wear that fast on one side. This place is unsafe. Update: I contacted Express corporate and haven't heard back yet. In the mean time I went to Midtown Tire on Ponce and they're great! They fixed the shaking in my car with a proper alignment. The poor alignment from Express was the full cause of my problems. Again, do not go to the place for tires."
