I drive all the way over there at 2:40 p.m. and they're closed until 4:15 p.m. I see a man standing in the service area and he said it's his break time and he'll open back up at 4:15 p.m. I asked why wasn't that posted on the website and he just yelled it's my break time. "Full disclosure - I do indeed run this location on weekends and Mondays. But, I am also my own customer, which means I am able to review...er...myself? Yeah! I've been working here about a year now as of November. Being quick to pick up patterns and ways to improve them has honed my routine to a pretty nimble average of less than five minutes per car. On my current personal busiest day, I inspected 81 vehicles over the course of my 11 hour shift. Now that is darned impressive... let's see... 11 hrs x 60 min/hr = 660 minutes. Divide by 81 cars to get just over 8 minutes per car which doesn't account for lunch, bathroom break, and a few brief spans without a car in line during the beginning... So...yeah! The dude who did my emissions was fast, funny, and efficient. Five stars all around."

"Great people, great place! I’ve been going there for years, but this year my Jeep wouldn’t pass because I had changed the battery and the codes wouldn’t reset. Anyway, Drew was extremely helpful, and even found the information online for me and printed it out. I followed the instructions and both codes cleared."
