"I'd give a 10-star if we could. While on our way home to Florida, towing our 5th wheel, our water pump went out on our Dodge Ram 3500. We first called a Dodge dealership and was told it would be several days. My husband then found Robbie and what a blessing he was!! You can tell good-spirited people and Robbie is one of them. He and his son worked late that night to get our truck going. We were back on the road by noon the next day. He let us keep our RV there, tried to get electricity to it for us (we couldn't) so we didn't have to get a hotel, and he and his grandson made sure we were well hydrated after being on the side of the road in the heat and honestly looking pretty scraggly! He was even accommodating to my pup and made sure he cooled off inside. We expected to spend two night at the hotel at least, and had a nice surprise late morning to let us know it was all done! I would absolutely recommend Robbie to any one who lives that way. Thank you!!"
"Beware: Took my car, put a 'hands on lien' and held it for 5+ months for a 2 day job. Once we finally got it back, main dash digital system no longer worked, including the A/C. Problem was not completely resolved, charged over 1,000$ for work worth only $400 max. Further fuel injection problems, Damage to the car from poor storage in the elements. Terrible terrible customer service. Never called us for updates on the car, we always had to chase information out of them. They know ways around lawyers, too. So good luck in Court with them. You are warned."
"We have had a wonderful experience here. They did a lot of work on our truck and charged very reasonable prices! Very friendly and organized! They will be the only mechanic shop we go to and will be highly recommended by us! They have so many things they work on including boats. We now have a boat in the works with them and another truck off ours being worked on now. Diesel or gas motors they do it!!"
"I had issues with my Pathfinder. I took it to them and they put new tires and new lighting connections on my trailer package. All went very well with those installs. I blew my engine in that car towing a boat. I called Robbie about a possible fix. He had a car for sale. He was extremely fair, had the title and it has been the best ride I ever bought. Love these guys and their team! They did a great Job and helped when I needed it the most!"
"The owner of this establishment is dishonest and unabashedly racist. I would discourage you from patronizing his business. They tried to sell me a 2003 Ford E350 van. They told me the van was owned by the Veterans Administration in Florida. The odometer in the vehicle showed 104k. While we were there, the owner made openly racist statements, commenting that he "hoped a Mexican wouldn't buy the van, because they'd destroy it." I really needed a vehicle like this, so I tried to look past the fact that the owner is a bigot. Fortunately, before we reached a deal, I discovered he was also lying about the van. Carfax indicated that the vehicle had never been registered in Florida. It had 5 previous owners (not 3, as I was told.) The last known odometer reading was 184k. This was not a typo - there were multiple previous entries showing mileage over the indicated 104k. Someone rolled the odometer back - presumably someone at "Grease Monkeys." The owner informed me the vehicle had never been in an accident. Again, Carfax disagreed, reporting moderate damage in 2012. I've attached screenshots of the classified ad and the CarFax as proof. This is just one man's experience, but I'd warn others to be very wary of this "family-owned business." They may not be telling you the truth."
