"Damaged engine because the pit guy did not tighten oil filter and it blew off oil filter onto Hickory Road and emptied oilpan onto roadway. Avoid this Strickland Bros. at all cost as it may cost you your engine. Owner never sent email or text msm as he said he would about cleaning engine or repairs. Ironically when I went back to the oil change shop I could see where another person had the same problem turning right tirn out of this same shop. His guys did crawl under car to put a new oil filter and oil on theside of Hickory Rd to make it back to this oil change shop. To this day, a week+ later no followup from the owner about cleaning engine compartment from oil, cleaning car and now the engine damage from oil filter blowing off. wow... what a joke..."
