She took my name, number, VIN and took some pictures of the dented front bumper of my daughter’s Honda CRV. I mentioned that I didn’t want to spend a bunch fixing it. We used them because in the past we were very happy with them, but no more. They have enough business so I guess honoring their work is not important."
