"I used to go to this place for many years and enjoyed the convenience and service they provided. However, during my last visit, the technician informed me that the oil pan was stripped and they couldn't remove it. I was willing to give them the time to fix it, but they refused and questioned whether they were responsible for it. I suggested that they check their service records, as I have been taking all three of my cars to them for oil changes since 2014. Unfortunately, they still refused to take responsibility for the damage and offered no solution. I left the place extremely disappointed and will never go back again. It's a shame that they would treat a loyal customer like me in such an unfair manner."

"Buyer beware: great service, staff was exceptionally polite great service. Unfortunately to add to that after service, a month later I found my oil filter loose only because is leaked lots of oil all over my driveway. Make sure they take good care of your vehicle you might get a bigger problem."
