Service King Collision Woodstock (Now Crash Champions)

"Terrible customer service and zero communication about needed repairs. Wait, that's not true. Drake had no issue asking me to contact the insurance company to expedite payment. Sorry, Drake. Not my problem. There seems to be internal confusion about the drop-off process. I called the day before my appointment to ask about dropping off the night before and specifically asked if I needed to sign any paperwork. The guy (ironically the nicest person I dealt with through the whole thing) told me all I had to do was sign the bottom of the envelope giving them permission to move the car. The next morning I get a call from Stephen asking me to come down and sign paperwork giving them permission to work on the car. He proceeded to cop an attitude when I explained what I had been told the day before & that no, I couldn't come down there which is why I dropped the car the night before. The lady who answers the phone is unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. In fact, everyone was unprofessional. They had my car for over a week to replace the bumper during which time we received zero communication. When we went to get the car, the very first thing Drake said was, "The insurance company acted like they weren't going to pay us," and handed us our paperwork. We had to ask about what repairs were done to be told, "It's all in your paperwork but I guess I can go over it with you." He acted like we were bothering him with our questions. If you're looking for even the smallest amount of passable customer service, this is not the place. You get far better customer service ordering a burger from DoorDash than you would from this group."

"I needed adjustments to my 4Runner's front wheel wells after previous repairs. The repairs were according to Toyota design, but the tires are somewhat bigger than the standard wheel well. The staff were responsive able to make changes within minutes and at no cost. Perfect customer service. Thanks."

"They lied about the work done and stated that a wheel doesn't come off when they replace the whole fender and bumper. Our lugnuts snapped off because they overtorqued them. My wife could have died due to their negligence. They denied touching the wheel up and down. Complete liars - do not go here for work."

"Joel and his team took great care of my daughter's car. Her Chevy Sonic was hit by a Toyota truck at an intersection. The repair looks brand new and was completed quickly. I was also very happy with the frequent and timely updates provided along the way."

"The worst experience we have had with a collision center. We had a minor accident on our driveway, the car overall was in good condition, still driveable, minor damages. Our insurance company has sent us to Service King, we did not really have a choice on the collision center. We did not get any updates on a car for about 2 weeks, when we were ensured that we will be updated every Tuesday and Thursday. They took the parts off and cut out a huge piece of metal out on the body to "do an estimate on repairs" for no reason, when it was clear to see what the damage was. By doing that, they increased the amount in repairs and because of that, out insurance company totalled the car. We wanted to keep the car and after complaining the insurance company, they okayed us to pick the car up from Service King and to repair somewhere else. Our insurance company requested Service King to put all the parts that were taken off back on the car by a scheduled time, so that we can drive the car to another collision center. When we came to pick up the car, the parts were still taken off, had to wait 40 minutes for them to get all the pieces together. However, they said the the car was undrivable after they MESSED the whole car up and turned the car from being drivable to undriveable. They only let us pick after we got a tow truck at our own cost. The repairs ended up being $1500 more than what they would have been if they did not mess the car up like that."
