"First the owner is super unresponsive, I would call, leave a message, text, then eventually resort to driving to the shop to get simple pricing questions answered. They also would always promise to call me before ordering or getting additional work done, but that was never true, never got call backs and they ordered more parts for a problem that was not relevant to the main issues i brought the truck in for (transmission, exhaust, air intake). Lastly once I got my truck back the exhaust was fine but the transmission leaked completely at my house after getting it home. Then the truck stopped working. Also, they messed up my driver side door inner latch so it stopped working. When I called the shop to tell them they said that they would call me back to see what was up. Surprise got ghosted and never heard back from these shady guys. Oh all this took them nearly 2 months to do. Took it to another shop they said the transmission pan was put in wrong, leaking from several other gaskets, air intake was done wrong. They fixed all that and the door issues and did more work and was still cheaper, faster and better (Village garage customs). They did all the work in about a week and half. The difference is night and day. Note: Owner said I called the wrong number, that is a blatant lie. I spoke to his office manager and she answered the call and said the owner would call back, after I told her what was going on. He didn't... Figured it was a learning lesson for me that you just get scammed sometimes. If you want to make it up to me I have a receipt from the other shop with a fully itemized list of what repairs were done with labor. If you are willing to reimburse me for what you claimed to have fixed. Oh and the towing cost to take it to the other shop..."

"It's really a shame that after you got paid in full for a job by the insurance company, you stopped answering my calls or return calls from my voicemail messages. I have been waiting for over a year now for parts that you kept telling me were on back order. I would like a refund so I can order the parts through the dealership. Update >>> Clearly you have NOT been transparent or I would not have had to come here and leave a review in order for you to call me regarding my parts as I have been calling you for months without receiving the courtesy of a return phone call with an update. When I came to your shop and asked for the invoice showing where the parts were ordered over a year ago, you provided me with an invoice dated 11/13/23. When I questioned the date you told me that you "re-ordered" the parts. You never provided me anything showing when you originally placed the order like I requested from you. And I do not speak for my wife. She has also been impacted by this and has every right to also leave a review. Any distaste came from your establishment by not being professional enough to keep customers abreast with what is going on."

"You must have your good friends and family putting up excellent reviews for your "shop". The services we've received was very poor. I wish I can rate your services as a negative 1 or a zero. Our parts were supposed to have been ordered a year ago but the invoice given today showed us you just ordered the parts THIS week! Our insurance company paid you IN FULL a year ago, but you never returned our calls, never updated us on anything and went MIA, until this week."

"Let me tell you! Rexx and his crew are my go to for EVERYTHING! I’ve personally been in the car industry for a while so it’s hard for me to trust anyone with any of my cars. I know people are about making extra money. But I will say he’s honest, hard working, and REASONABLE. As long as his doors are open any of my concerns or people I meet that need any work on their vehicle WILL BE SENT HIS WAY!!! Trustworthy people are hard to find these days but him and his beautiful wife are always upfront with everything and honest ABOUT EVERYTHING! Also here’s a couple before and after pics of my car. Which fyi it looks better than it did when I bought the car!"
