"This store definitely needs to be re-evaluted. The owner needs to be present in this location if you are going to have your GM work in the location all day with no help, when there is staff to call in. I've worked for 3 different locations that have successful numbers even with an owner that was a drunk and one that had checks bounce. Using the excuse of this store being a franchise just really puts the shame on this company. That means the owner doesn't take the time to update it's website, Google, yelp, door dash and other platforms with updated closing times, updates on when you don't have a delivery driver, or when you are out of an item. It's easy to text privately but actually showing up to your store and correcting the problem is loads of work for someone that is that busy. Marco's needs to really look at who they allow to franchise when dough is being prepped and used in a hour. You guests can get sick like that without proper proofing. Check my background. Canton , Woodstock and Roswell stores ran successful with under 5% labor and over $4000 sales with over 5 employees at a time. The phone not being answered under 3 rings and a daily pizza test to make sure your dough is properly temp. and has been proofed are the first steps . Then actually train your staff to weigh the ingredients. They shouldn't need to look at a video and get approved that way. You have approved people saucing pizzas with sauce in one hand and while holding the pizza in the other. Hands down this store is a joke. The same day this review posted I walked out. There are guests that congratulated me in the parking lot for standing up to the b.s Check your cameras. May God step in this restaurant and something change before the new year! You have a couple of soldiers but they are are almost done with the place !"

"This is the worst Marco’s in Atlanta. Food is never ready on time. Supervisor sat outside while 3 customers waited at counter. Music is so loud in lobby you can’t even hear what they say. Ordered 1 pizza online an hour before pick up. They didn’t even start pizza until I walked in. If they didn’t already have my money, I would have left. Do yourself a favor and skip this place."

"Let me start by saying the customer service i got while i was here today was great it was a young black man he was working here all by himself no help and he still managed to give great customer service did everything with a smile communicated very well with the customers letting us know when he was starting on our pizza, came and checked on everyone while we was waiting to make sure we were okay i mean it was awesome seeing this man working by himself literally doing everything and still keeping a smile on his face he needs a raise asap. Pizza was EXCELLENT topping was put on neatly he didn’t rush with any of our food even though he literally had a rush and i would’ve understood if he did but he didn’t. i mean he performed very well thank you young man."

"Ordered a large P. Mag today for lunch and it was literally all crust pretty. Whoever docked the crust on my pizza did a terrible job. Barely had toppings on it. I used to work at Marco's and I know that there is supposed to be more old world pepperoni on the pizza than what I got plus it's supposed to go on top of the pizza so it can get crispy. I was on my lunch break so I couldn't wait for another pizza"
