"Don’t use FinishPros if you want a quality paint job that will last.The paint is starting to bubble is some places My car has been in the garage barely driven for 10 months and the paint is showing signs of improper preparation before painting. After returning several times the owner said he wasn’t fixing anything else. I spent $8500 on this paint job that took three months. Had to go back six times, from trim being bent to spoiler, not completely attached to the bumper being crooked I still have massive panel gaps they painted one side of my hood, but not the other. what happened to people honoring their work and standing behind it buyers beware and now it looks like this paint won’t even stay on here. Two years from now and the warranty is a joke don’t use them there’s other options. UPDATE 08/04/23 So I am responding to the reply to my review by the owner. Sir, I could not afford an attorney like you had there, and no I could not voice my case as eloquently as your attorney could because I’m not a lawyer, I’m just a regular guy that works hard that owns my own business and stands behind his product . I understand customer service cause I deal with my customers being in the home-improvement business all the time and if something is wrong that I may have done then I make it right I have work ethic and being a Navy veteran I understand what it means to have honor, courage, and commitment. Things happen I understand that and when they do we should have a responsibility to make it right that’s good business I’m not trying to get over on anybody. I paid a lot of money to get my car painted and I trusted you with that task that you said you could execute, if we’re there to be so many problems, something got lost in the sauce. I just want my car done nothing more nothing less.I had to take you to court because you wouldn’t make it right and I had no other recourse if we can come to an agreement just to get my paint, correct I would be fine with that, I have even had it a year and it is already bubbling. Look at the photos that’s nothing I did, and from the experts I have spoken to that was improper prep. either make it right or just give me my money back it’s simple business I thought customer satisfaction was important to a business and I don’t think I’m being unreasonable in my request. I truly hope we can resolve this and move forward. You have my number looking forward to possibly getting this fixed."
