"SPENT ALMOST $4,000 AND MY CAR DOESN'T WORK. I FOUND BURNT WIRES AND PARTS NOT RECONNECTED. TOOLS, FLASH LIGHTS AND SCREWS LEFT UNDER THE HOOD. THE MECHANIC SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED. I AM TRYING NOW TO GET A REFUND. MANAGER SHOULD HAVE GIVING ME A REFUND WHEN HE REALIZED HIS MACHANIC MESSED UP MY VEHICLE. In previous response they stated they could not find my invoices. Well they found it under my husband name and had nothing but excuses. I requested a meeting with the owner and no one has called me back. I also submitted a request on their website. They stated the part I need they can not find so why did they take my $4,000.00. I have requested a refund."
