"We purchased our home 6 years ago. It's a much older home and we've been remodeling it over the years. We've been using Paterbuilt for about 5 years for all the jobs we can't do. Josh and his team are reliable and honest. He provides upfront costs, which are reasonable. Him and his team always do a thorough job, and the repairs are better than what was originally done before. We've used them for so many things around this house, from flooring, electrical, plumbing, and door installation. We have some projects coming up, and we always reach out to Josh first. I like that we've only had him and one of his other guys at our house. We wanted a handyman that we could rely on, someone who would know our home and become familiar with it. We didn't want to have different people in and out every time. I even referred my mom and he has become her go to handyman. We appreciate Josh and his team."

"Paterbuilt promptly came out and assembled an outdoor play set for me. I needed it done before Christmas morning. Mo was on time and did a great job. He got it done within a reasonable amount of time. Very friendly and informative. Thanks to Paterbuilt the grands will be jumping for joy when they see it. I would definitely use their service again. "I have to give one star because if you don’t put at least one start you can’t leave a review, I called this plumber to help me with a kitchen sink and after explaining my problem he literally told me “i’ve been doing this since I’m 9 years old and 10 years in my company, you don’t use the correct words/ teI won’t do it …. Just because it’s not visually pleasant doesn’t mean doesn’t work” I responded I never called a company that tells me you don’t need help ….when you do, the most ridiculous response ever, what a joke LOL You should take a customer service course…."

"I needed some existing window screens installed and Josh was referred to me. First of all, he arrived on time. He was very professional and finished the project with ease. The work he performed was by no means sloppy. While he was there, I asked him to measure the windows that had no screens and because I was so impressed with his overall work, I am having him make and install screens for those windows! I must say, I already know that I will be satisfied with that job also."
