"Worst collision repair service I've ever received. When I picked my vehicle up from Gerber and Collision in Sharpsburg, GA, my vehicle was still not completely finished. There was an incomplete part to my passenger front headlamp, and the side bender of my vehicle was not replaced. Also, my battery is going in and out as if the company has had the ignition running for days. I had to wait outside of their establishment for an entire hour as they attempted to fix my passenger front headlamp and it still doesn't look as it did prior to the hit and run accident I was involved in. This was very inconvenient, as I had my toddler with me. They had my vehicle for an entire month. Matter fact overall it was close to two months and I still don't believe it has been repair properly. You would think they would take advantage of the insurance claim and have the vehicle looking good but that's definitely not what happened in my case."

"Highly recommend this collision repair shop. Not only did the quickly get my bumper nicely repainted but when picking up my vehicle, they offered to help move my belongings from the rental to my car. Considering I’m a women & one car seat was hard to remove and heavy to pick up especially with an injury, I thought that was thoughtful & kind. After thanking the associate & also mentioning how I’d like to come back due to some minor scratches from a dog jumping on my vehicle- the gentleman offered to buff out the scratches right then & for FREE! Such kind hearted people, I’m so glad we got to service with them. I wil be back for more detail fixes! I know they’ll take great care of you too!"

"I ran over some debris in the road and damaged the front of my car as well as damage a lot underneath the car. This body shop was recommended by my insurance company. I am so thankful they recommended this shop, I did not know where to turn. The customer service was excellent and more importantly my car looks amazing.
