"If I could give 0 stars I would. We needed wheel bearing pressed in for us since it uses a special tool. When we picked them up they bent our dust shields TERRIBLY and scuffed up my brand new bearings. I’m very upset. It is a simple task that should not have resulted in this much damage. No apology was offered. I’m extremely disappointed. When I called the damage was pushed off as “unavoidable”. My husband has worked in a Mercedes shop for years and knows what he’s doing. This is from negligence and simply not caring."

"I'm both impressed, grateful, and disappointed. Read to the end. Moses has fixed one thing after another for us and our several cars over the years and I understand why he's so busy....he's the best value around and I know he will tell me the honest truth as it becomes apparent. Obviously, some problems become evident only as the parts come off, and he always quotes fairly, ending with 'but we may find something else wrong when we get in there (behind the wheel, etc.). We wanted an alignment ($75 fair price), but his amazing mechanic Omar discovered the tie rods are very bad, so he waited until he spoke to us instead of just sending us off with our alignment. Thanks to their expert eye, we got the proper repair with our alignment, saving our new tires and probably saving us much more, like our safety. Yes it was another $200+ but I'd much rather have the whole true story now. My family is once again impressed with the service of Mr. Tire. Our list of intensive repairs would have cost more anywhere else. Disappointed? I'm disappointed with the less than perfect reviews by other posters here. WTH is wrong with today's world that we go out of our way to take a stab at honest people for the most petty things? The man works 6 days a week, long hours of hard work, and fixed your car faster and better than any place within 30 miles will, and you show your lack of gratitude in such a petty but public way over something like dust? or because your car needed more repairs (lack of maintenance on your part-Dear). I'm thankful that Mr.Tire cared enough to really LOOK and fix my car right. Yes, it wasn't free but it was a great deal. I've never been disappointed with Mr.Tire or the repairs. You bet, we will be back if and when we need more work. We should all be thankful for Moses and all the staff at Mr.Tire. 5 STARS every time!"

"Mr. Tire fixed something on my car I didn't ask for. What I requested to be fixed never was fixed. The next day, after picking up my car, the same problem I had originally brought it in for still occurred! When I told him he said well what we fixed still needed to be done eventually. Yeah but you made me spend almost $1k which was at least $700 MORE then what the problem actually cost to fix. So when ai asked him to fix what we originally discussed without charging me labor, he refused. They kept my car for 3weeks! This was unnecessary. Very disappointed in Moses (Mr. Tire), with this situation. I usually bring my cars to him and have been for the last 4 years, but now I am questioning his ethics."

"We came here the other day with a flat tire, but the wait was long. Some of the workers were doing a lot of standing around, talking, and walking in circles. What made it worse was the fact people were waiting for service. This nice guy finally came out and ended up fixing the tire."

"Listen, they might not let you know when your car is done immediately, but they are still the best auto place around. Prices are far better than others, and they're super fast. Better prices and faster than Costco tires. They don't nickel and dime you, and are upfront about the price. I recommend them to everyone. Honestly they just need a receptionist. Regardless, great place."
