"I have always had great service at this location, but today was above and beyond. Sadly, my car battery gave out on a rainy morning on my way to work. After an easy checkout, associate, Chris offered to install the new battery for me. This made my day as I was already having a rough start to my day. Thank you so much!"
"Normally decent service. But, I show up at 7, the sign on the door and the website both say they're open until 8. Employees were rude, and just gave me hand gestures to tell me that the store is closed. I knocked on the door, they just went back to their business of closing the shop down. I get that there are circumstances that transcend normal operations...but, just explain if that's the case. I believe it was simply a slow day, as I had stopped by earlier to buy supplies for an oil change, and there wasn't much going on. Unacceptable behavior. I won't be going back to this store."
