"I’ve had great experiences previous times, but I had an awful experience today. I already had my barcode from Amazon and I just needed them to print it. I was completely fine with paying the cost for printing but I was also charged $3 for “computer use 1-15 min” whatever that means. I ask the employee and he just brushed it off. I have been to this location many times and have NEVER been charged this. The employee was also very rude!"

"The owner is very helpful, I needed some color copying, he provided me with email address for store that I could send pics to. I was doing an errand and decided to go inside the store and the young man working was very polite, it was getting busy but both owner and the worker were pretty fast in serving everyone."
