The young man assisting me couldn't stay off of Instagram long enough to complete my Amazon returns. He literally scrolled on Instagram during the 30 seconds it took to switch between QR codes."

Went to print a document and she offered to notarized it for me when I didn't know UPS offered that service and saved me from going to the bank to get it done instead.
