Reviews
"I always love coming to this bookstore! The staff are super friendly and helpful, sometimes I go to order books off Amazon because of convience but I would rather support books a million instead but what made me write this review was the encounter I had 12/27. I went in with a friend and I was picking up Divine Rivals that had just came out and was super excited about getting this book. I went to where it was at in the YA section and then we browsed and checked out. The employee checking me out, I didn’t get their name, looked at the book and then told me “We have signed copies of this book in stock if you’d like one of those instead, they’re the same price” I had NO idea that Rebecca Ross had signed copies of this book and had missed where they were on a display table but it was so kind of this employee to think to ask that when they could’ve just checked me out and sent me on my way. So now I have a signed copy of my book! Thank you for that kindness for an avid book lover and book collector"
"My charge card got hit for $25.00 and we bought NOTHING. I am going to have to call Chase and get it taken off. Scammers are using chip readers at this Mall to steal your money. This twice it has happened at this place."
"Not too many book stores left. It would be nice if the store was bigger, but it is a nice place. Even has role playing games."
"I really try to support brick and mortar stores whenever possible but unfortunately seems that BAM is not interested in the business. I checked on the BAM website that they had a book in stock and so I went to the store to purchase. Upon finding the book I noticed that the price in store is $3 higher than their in store pick up option on their website. Upon bringing this to the attention of the cashier I was informed that they couldn’t match their own price for in store pickup and that if I wanted to place the order online I’d have to wait 30 min for the order to come through and then could have the book. What a hassle just for them to match their own price. I passed and went to Amazon and got it for $5 less than BAM. Wasted trip to the store but oh well. If I have to wait for you to match your own price then I’ll just wait and have it delivered."
"Store employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. There is a wide variety of reading material, bookmarks, pens, cups, novelty items, vinyl, and turntables. Everything is well-stocked and neat."
