"I visited location on 12/7 for dinner. The only Subway I have ever used in town. I first asked if they had pizzas and they said not at this location even though i used to purchase them there. The first prep guy had to ask me 4 separate times what 2 sandwiches I would like. The second prep guy asked for my toppings. He was out of cucumbers an went to the back to get more came back an asked what I wanted on my sandwich. I told him the cucumbers he just went to get. I then asked for the SLICED avocado the sandwich came with and was told i could only get the paste even tho the menu clearly stated otherwise. He finished the first half of my order then told me I'd have to hang on and left my other sandwich on the counter to go do dishes in the back. Meanwhile the customer behind me is still placing his order with the first guy. Made me wait for nothing. Should of completed my check out first. Bad customer service. I will definitely be visiting the Chapel Hill location to see if they can provide better service."

"The person making the sandwich was kinda rude and non welcoming and very dry. There was no type of greeting but the second guy made it better."

"Outraged at what took place here. Staff smelled and were unkept. Hair not up or tied back. Foul language was used while we were there with my daughter. Then an employee I guess came in from another job wearing a five guys shirt. Him and the other guy were really talking unprofessional. The fact customers witnessed this and also this guy promoting another restaurant behind the counter is wild. WHERE IS THE OWNER ? Just a poorly ran store"

"Just not fresh, not sliced there like the ones in Texas. Bread is not fresh. Lettuce looks like it's browning. This is why subway is dying."
