"Update 1/9/22 They have improved over the last 6months. New employees a plus. Don't send them elsewhere, you finally got some respectful workers. Thank you. I've had bad experiences approximately 75% of the time. The employees make you feel like you are asking the unforgivable sin if they have to move to help you. I have had some wonderful employees also but they are far and few between. I don't understand how parents can let their children run through the store opening things and throwing things on the floor. D.G. never pay or hire enough to take care of this situation so it's always junky. AND whoever stole my phone on Thanksgiving day should return immediately. I have contacted sheriff and location has been logged. You don't take things that aren't yours. I am very sick and needed that phone for emergencies. I broke down and had to walk a long way in the dark. Had to go to Dr. I have an incurable disease and about didn't make it through. Employees were of no help. Non Caring unconcerned and didn't even look for it."
"We were out for a Sunday drive. We're always visiting different counties, towns and places in the Atlanta area. Made sandwiches for dinner and needed chips and cookies. The area is country and extremely beautiful. It was a lovely country ride."
"It's a DG. The isles are always looking like a tornado went through them. Items are either on the floor of the isles or "out of stock" because they haven't gotten around to unpacking new shipments in. Always a wrapped around line to check out, and usually one person checking customers out. It's like the shopping experience of Walmart, but crammed into a much, much smaller space. With equal the anxiety."
"the fact that it sounds like you're at a rap concert and the music is so loud. There where only two workers at probably the busiest time of the day and the girl just went in the back and ate popcorn. Some things may need to be done to make people's shopping more of an enjoyable experience."
"Worst experience of my life working there. The manager is 100% all about numbers and statistics. And she was the rudest manager I have ever had the unpleasant time working for. She threatens to cut my hours because I was not working "fast enough" even though I am on the cctv forage literally running from one end of the store to the other working as fast as I possibly could. I was also threatens with more hours cut if I didn't work off the clock.. She would work me 3 weeks over 32 hours and cut my hours down to 10 on week 4 just so they would not have to give me benefits. And the district managet "Bryant" was the biggest douchebag and overly rude. They treated me like garbage at that store and they treat the customers even worse. I will never shop there again until the corporate office gets rid of that self righteous can do no wrong manager."
