"Horrible service in the drive thru!!!! I told the woman we had three separate orders and she repeated it and she took two of my orders then ignored me after I was trying to tell her the third one. So I drove around and said they can only do two in the drive thru with a attitude and blamed it on management then she told me to either drive around or go inside!! Some people don’t have time for that it’s just like take three different orders is not that hard!!!!!!"

"Went thru the drive thru at lunch time, I expected it to be busy. I did not however expect my food to be ice cold (cheese was not even melted)and no onions on a quarter pounder (I thought that was a standard ingredient on a quarter pounder all these years), fries were cold and so overly salted that I couldn’t even manage eating them. Not to mention the drive thru lady advised me to park in a waiting spot (#4) that does not exist. When I asked the gentleman who brought my food out, his response was “oh 4 is that spot over there but there’s no sign and it looks like one of our workers has actually parked there.” It was terrible. As I sat waiting for my order, I observed 4 others directed to park I. Drive thru waiting spots that apparently are not labeled and almost caused accidents and a fight between two cars… not good!!!"

"The lady taking orders at the drive thru is rude. "Is that it" "is that it" maybe a little less attitude.. You're in customer service. The red headed girl at the window was very sweet! Food was good."

"Horrible I been waiting almost a 40 minutes for somebody take my order in the drive thru.. they have a long line and I try to call and see if something happen with the drive thru but nobody answers terrible service!!!"
