"Too many people! I have a panic attack everyone I have to go to Walmart… BUT they did have what I needed and my kids love their Valentines!!!"
"I absolutely hate shopping at Walmart Cedartown! They have 2 employees working the SELF checkout to make sure everyone is running their cash properly. I accidentally scanned an item twice (I'm not a cashier. I've had no training) and the lady I had to call over said not a single word and looked like I was disturbing her, as she removed the extra item. I had bread and a chocolate cake. Pretty simple. I put both items in one bag. It was 10 bucks. Then as I'm leaving, I have to prove I paid for it to the employee checking receipts at the door after she watched me leave the self checkout. Being accused of stealing is not cool. That's how I feel when they ask for a receipt. Believe me Walmart, if I'm going to steal it'll be for a lot more than 10 bucks. Such a rude way to be treated but a company!! I know for a fact that store has the lowest score from its customers at the front cash. Imagine if they asked for their "star rating" after they accused you of stealing by asking for your receipt on the way out. You will never get a service rating of higher than 1 from me!! For what service. I literally was never spoken to by anyone other than the lady accusing me of theft as I left."
"Never have any of the items I need! Stood by the perfume for over 30 minutes after waiting for someone to come and open the locked cabinet for me to purchase, finally gave up and left with out purchasing because no one ever came to open the cabinet! Waist of my gas visiting the Walmart in Cedartown Ga as always is!"
"Don't pick up your groceries here. I ordered groceries and they didn't give me any of my frozen items. I contacted customer service. They told me I'd get a refund. Instead, they charged me a second 170 dollars. I only had 3 dollars and 48 cents left in my account. They took my last 3 dollars and 48 cents. And guess what???? No refund in sight! Thanks Walmart :D"
"There was one cashier open with a line of people who had at least a month's worth of groceries in every buggy. One cashier was standing in front of her register and I asked if she was open. A manager walked up and told me she was closed. Are you kidding me?? Everyone in Walmart knows Sunday is the busiest day for grocery buying! There were several disabled people in there who seemed to just give up and leave. If they don't want to make money that's fine but don't pretend that you're open when in all honesty all you are doing is torturing people! Yes, there was self checkout. But there's a lot of people who have no clue how to use those things! Please either open more registers or close the store and stop pretending you are trying to help people! I can only hope a district manager is reading this and solves this issue cause I'll tell you what, this is the last time I'll visit this do it yourself store! I'm sure Sam Walton would be rolling over in his grave if he saw what his great ideas have turned into! I mean what are the cashiers for at all at this point??? I will not come back and I will warn my friends as well!"
